This first location we took inspiration from was a quiet road with a few, but not too many, houses in the background. This plays along with the idea of there being people around but our characters still a 'lonely boy'.
The next location we took inspiration from was a forest, allowing space for our characters, whilst keeping within the theme. This is because it is a quiet and secluded location and plays on the idea of a 'lonely boy'. However in this case he's feeling like no one else is there and he has no one around him whilst he's 'waiting'.
The last location we took inspiration from is a empty house with the odd bit of furniture - maybe just a few chairs. This plays on the idea of, once again the character being a 'lonely boy' but also, him waiting for the girl in a house which he perhaps wants to move into one day with the girl. Or on the other hand he's 'waiting' for the girlfriend to end it and he's packed everything up ready to move out.
